Abby and Jack are the absolute sweetest humans! We connected with each other right off the bat! I was so honored that they chose me to capture their intimate beach engagement photos. We had a blast! And the location was to die for. We went to Rosy Mound Natural Area in Michigan and it was the most picturesque location for their romantic engagement session! I love this location for a couples session because it feels like multiple locations all in one. From the gorgeous trails and sand dunes to the crystal blue beaches. The Intimate Details from Abby and Jack’s Romantic Beach Session

Abby and Jack met on a blind double date and have been in a long-distance relationship while Jack finishes schooling, and will be getting married in August 2023! Together they love to do anything outdoors together, they frequently play pickleball, bike, and surf!

We had limited dates for when Jack would be in town for their beach engagement photos, and on the day we were set to take their photos, the weather wasn’t looking too promising. We decided to move the session up to earlier in the day and just embrace the weather. Thankfully, we did have some sun at the beginning of the session, and then it got super overcast. We had so much fun running around on the beach and laughing together. On our walk back to our cars (about a 3/4 mile walk), it started hailing and down pouring. Thankfully, we were covered by some trees, but we just laughed it off.
